Results will be in your patient portal, please do not call for results. Return to the clinic if you are not able to access your portal. Our team will need an active email address, so please remember to fill that out on your sign in sheet.

You may pick up a form slip at the door, print out slip online, or simply pull into drive-tru line for your form slip.
The drive-thru is designed for the patient not to have to come inside.
When you arrive at our clinic, please pull into the line to be tested. The line should direct you underneath the awning. Be mindful of traffic.
If you have insurance, have your ID and insurance cards ready to give our team.
COVID Testing for travel is no longer covered by insurance. If you need to be tested for travel purposes, please come inside the clinic to pay for your test.
Covid testing results are now viewable in your patient portal. It is important to give our team a functional email that you use regularly, this email address will be how you register for your portal or sign in if you're an existing patient.
Please note high volumes take place in the mid morning and afternoon; therefore, wait times are typically longer during this time frame.
If you need a hard copy of your results, you can either print them from your patient portal or return to the clinic to have a team member print them for you.
Please note our patient volumes are extremely high right now. It's very unlikely we will be able to answer your phone calls for results. Please use your patient portal. If your portal isn't working please return to the clinic you were tested at.
